Dr. Spencer Wheeler

Dr. Spencer Wheeler is the medical director and team physician for Armstrong Atlantic's athletic teams. Dr. Wheeler completed his medical school training at the Medical College of Georgia in 1985, and his orthopedic training at the University of Florida. Wheeler served two sports medicine fellowships, one at Johns Hopkins Insitiute and one in Sydney, Austrailia.

Dr. Wheeler was the Coordinator of Athletes Care in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center for the 1996 Olympic Games. Dr. Wheeler and his wife Terri have 3 children - Spencer, Ambry and Stegmon.
