Men's Tennis: No. 17 AASU 8, No. 16 Anderson 1

SAVANNAH, Ga. – No. 17 Armstrong Atlantic State defeated No. 16 Anderson, 8-1, in collegiate men's tennis action at the AASU Tennis Complex on Saturday morning.

The Pirate men swept all three doubles matches, as Achim Roth and Dale White won 8-5 over Doctor and Polock. Peter Dedik and Tim Offermann defeated Boczonadi and Sudhakar, 9-8 (8), and Roger Thiele and David Secker defeated Luna and Sanches, 8-3.

In singles, AASU dropped the No. 1 singles match but got wins in No. 2-6 from Peter Dedik, Roger Thiele, Dale White, Jonas Askeland and David Secker.

The Pirates next host No. 18 Lynn University on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the AASU Tennis Complex.
